I need help to withdrawal from this Casino,
Its only possible to contact them true epost, that take days to only get a answer. They first says that i only can withdrawal with the same method i used for the deposit and that i would like to do ( Revolut Mastercard). And now they says that its dont work and i need to use rapid bank transfer. I dont know what that is. But they stopped answer me. I have used Revolut as a withdrawal for all casino, so its strange they saying its not working... Please help 😕

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.
If you’ve been advised by the casino to use an alternative payment method to withdraw your winnings, I would strongly recommend following their instructions. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

Are the many people that have problem getting the balance withdrawal for this casino?
Its strange they dont have a live chat and only reading epost late at night/morning.
I have now tried to withdraw 100 euro of (900) to bitcoin to see if that work.
But this is still pendig! So i can maybe give this a day.
