Giving a casino 7 + 7 days for an answer is a standard procedure, but in this case, I also do not believe they will answer. Unfortunately, the casino operates without a license. Yeah they are a joke . I noticed on my bank statement all the deposits I made where paid to china , Africa and in different names.

Well, you can ask your bank to do a chargeback. It is a process when the bank returns back the money you already deposited. This is, however, possible only the next 90 days after the transaction. (so maybe that's the reason why the casino is asking you to wait 90 days - after 90 days, it will be impossible to get your money back)
So please contact this company: https://mychargeback.com/. Explain to them the whole situation, and because the casino operates without a license, I believe that they will help you. But please remember that chargebacks are strictly prohibited in every casino, so you should do it only when there is no other option. In every licensed casino, by making a chargeback, you are risking that in the future, the casino can confiscate your winnings.

You can wait 14 days and see if you receive the winnings, but definitely do not wait for 90 days.
It is up to you, but waiting a bit is reasonable. Chargeback is the last resort option.
