Worst casino ever, i got verified in 5 min and started playing by depositing 20 euros. I won 500 and after almost ten days there is no money in my bank account.

Everytime i try to contact chat they telling me the same thing i have to wait 7 to 21 days, and they instantly close the chat.
Interpol and Europol should shoot down this scammers and get them jailed. I dont know how they still have this shit opened.

Also most of the games are fake, some of them are all play n go games Book of Dead, Legacy of Dead, and everything play n go games, pragmatic play games are fake too.

I also unsubscribed from their emails and they keep spamming me with Bonus emails.

Im pretty sure im never gonna get my wins, i just checked trustpilot too.

I feel so bad for myself for not checking this casino before playing on it.

Worst casino ever, I have been waiting 82 days on my £480 winnings and withdrawal being paid!!! Avoid as this is a SCAMMERS website

Review update- they sent me an email after 90 days stating withdrawal rejected and requested me to withdraw again!!! The worst casino. I made a deposit of 150 euros. I took out 164 euros and it was not even approved by my bank that you usually send me a notification. All the slots were fake and when I went to play live tables it wouldn't come in. Poor, thieves, it should be closed.

They take deposits right away, but you won't get a withdrawal without a fight.
They say that it can take 21 days, which is ridiculous, there are millions of other casinos that process withdrawals almost immediately.
Hox. This scammer is owned by Global Games Tech Ltd which also has other casinos, e.g. MaximalWins. Take it up and always check that you don't accidentally play at that company's casino.

Unacceptable delay in processing the withdrawal. On June 30, 2022 I made a withdrawal of € 1800, today August 14 I still have not received any news and from the numerous chats I open on the site I only receive messages of apology for the delay, that the payment is under the control of the Risk Team, which the payment is queued due to the large number of payments to be processed, that the finance team is doing their best and that I must be patient as I will have my money. Anyone who is an online player knows very well what the processing times for a withdrawal are once the gaming account has been verified and certainly do not go from 7 to 21 working days as they say. However, in my case 35 working days have passed and there is no trace of my money. I have already sent a complaint to casino guru which I hope will succeed in the arduous task of getting my money back even if I have little hope. If that doesn't happen, I'll do everything to get them back at any cost. However, stay away from this platform which despite having known providers, contains some counterfeit slots with anomalous behavior (eg Gates of Olympus to name a famous one). AVOID.
