Account fully verified. I already made a successful withdrawal a month ago. I had played with bonuses, but I have exceeded the wagering level so the balance is withdrawable. The casino did not respond to the last request for an explanation.

First of all, I want to apologize to your Marcello for keeping you waiting. An approximated time frame for processing a withdrawal within our casino is 7-21 working days, mostly depending on the bank and their checking procedure.
Keep in mind that your previous withdrawal has been approved and completed within three days only so we really have no intentions in holding up your withdrawal, it is just a formal matter.
