There was no progress even more than two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

Which withdrawal method to withdraw your winnings have you opted for? Was it the same payment method as previously?

Hi it’s the same withdrawal method it’s been 21 days now I have waited the time frame given is 7 to 21 days. I sent various emails asking what is happening, never getting a response I didn’t want to raise the complaint again but because it’s taking a while now I’ve raised one.

We would like to ask 24CasinoBet to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have a negative impact on the casino's rating.

Absolutely shocking how they haven’t responded quick to take you deposit money but not quick at paying out the winnings such a rubbish casino to give a time frame and never abide by it. It’s now 28 days now waiting on my winnings, how can they justify this ? I’ve emailed the accounts manager they only reply when they want to and get the same answer as their rubbish support team. Be patience well I think I’ve been patient enough don’t you? !!!!

very rude support staff. I shouldn’t have chase my winnings reviews on trust pilot from previous customers are saying they use your card details and ID and do crimes in your name and take money out of your bank account? Dear Laura,

I am truly sorry but since we have not received any response from the casino regarding the issue for more than 2 weeks, neither outside this official complaint, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you will not come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
