Hi I have been waiting for my withdrawal for 16 days now I made the withdrawal on the 17th of nov. ID verified aswell. Every time I try to email them I don’t get a response. Can you help please

Yes it’s been awaiting for 26 days they give a time frame of 7 to 21 days to process withdrawals this has passed now so they aren’t following their own terms and conditions are they?

Keep in mind that an approximate time frame for processing a withdrawal is 7-21 working days, as stated in the email that you received upon submitting your withdrawal request.


According to that, your withdrawal was late for a couple of days only and we apologize for that but the delay was caused by the bank as they have their own checking procedure which is an independent one and we have no control over it.


As your withdrawal was completed today, your funds should arrive to you in no time.
