We were forced to close this complaint as "unresolved" since the casino hasn't responded to it but as per player's request, we reopened this complaint. After continuous attempts to contact the casino, we've received no reply so the complaint is closed as "unresolved".

I Have Made A Withdrawal Request On This Casino On 27th March 2022 Which Is Still Pending . Also I Am Verified. I Played With Bonus For Which Wagering Requirements Completed. I Made Withdrawal Request Via Bitcoin So Banks Not Involved. Why This Delay Then?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but six weeks is really a long time. Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you withdrawn any winnings from this casino in the past, or this is your first withdrawal attempt? Have you been informed of what's causing the delay?

However, I would like to warn you that it seems to be a common practice of 24CasinoBet to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Regardless of several unresolved complaints marked "No Reaction Policy" we keep on trying.

They Are Saying There Are Doing Checks Like Betting History Etc. Which Are Delaying Withdrawal Request. Also Saying Delays Because Bank Processing Although I Clearly Mentioned I Have Made Request Via Bitcoin Not Banking Chanel. I Think No body take weeks for betting history checks.

I'm sorry, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’. Anyway, it will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

Casino just saying same thing again and again that they are investigating. Plz try once again to raise my complaint for my satisfaction

despite our attempts to contact the casino, we've received no reaction from them. I'm sorry but as per our policy, we are no longer able to continue the investigation of your case without their cooperation, therefore, I'm forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

Anyway, it will decrease the casino's rating and other players can learn about your negative experience in our review.
