I withdrawn 240,000, but the casino is auto cancelling my withdrawals...what is see is they are not depositing when winnings are big, kindly resolve this issue

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? From your previous complaint I assume that your account has been successfully verified in the past https://casino.guru/24betting-casino-player-s-withdrawal-request-has-been, is that correct?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Withdrawal are being cancelled if the amount is more than 200000 INR. I won 240000 and withdrawn from 24betting, but they are not processing and auto cancelling my request, so the amount will show in 24 betting wallet. If the total amount is less than 200000 INR, then only they will process it. Please could you help me on this

I tried doing that and still they are auto cancelling my request and depositing back to 24betting account, it means they are forcing us to play again and to loose the amount... Right now they cancelled again and 240000 deposited back in my betting account. I played again and lost few bucks and raised request for another withdrawal of 190000. That is still not yet approved by casino.
