I have been playing in 22bet.com for a while now and noticed different, unexpected and strange behavior of the game Versailles gold. I contacted the support team twice to share the issue, but the responses were negative and they stated there is no issue with the game. So, to explain - the game have RTP % of 95%. Based on my experience in good days it is reaching 50% not more. In addition, I reported slowness of the spins, constant drops from the game and laggy behavior, and even though in the live chat there was a confirmation given about an issue with the game, when I asked for compensation via email they stated there was no issue! I asked for a transcript of the live chat communication and was rejected as they do not have such option. Considering that the game is based on the free spins in my experience they are given every 500-900 spins which can't be real, as I am playing the same game in other casinos where this did not happen. Due to all mentioned above I would like tolhe casino to either share the communication via live chat where they confirmed the issue with the game or to refund the money I spent playing on the game until now, as when a machine is malfunctioning they should grant back all lost amounts.
