I have played sportsbook and slots on 22Bet, after some time i won around $26 and requested a payout via USDT, it was processed in 1-2 hours and it was all okay, after a week or two i deposited $300-400 and managed to win around $2550, i tried to withdraw two times and got rejected both times. On second rejectal there was a note to contact live support, i did that and was told to email "security@22bet.com" via gmail, i did that and i was told i need to pass verification. Since that date i sent:

-selfie of me with ID card and PC near me showing our emails

-3 last utility bills on my address

-driving licence from both sides

-passport

-Screenshots from Crypto App where i sent the money from

-selfie of me holding a paper with todays date*


They are asking for one thing at the time, and they reply after 3 days to each document i send, in hope they extended the time and i gamble my winnings?


Its been 19 days of verification already, which is a joke, i have screenshots to provide as a proof, im waiting for a response on latest request which is selfie of me holding a paper with todays date. But come on, 19 days of verification and holding my money and they paid me out before, its a joke. HELP PLEASE!

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

I was paid in full by the 22Bet casino via cryptocurrency, it was boring to complete verification and took very long but in the end everything is fine 🙂
