Good evening dears,

I sign up before 2 days in 22bet.com and deposit 300 euros to play.they gave me 300 euros extra as bonus in casino and after 26 hours continuous gambling in casino,i make a good profit of 8462 euros and the same time i complete the waggering of the amount that is 50x,that means i gamble 15000 euros and at the end i make the profit of 8462 euros,as you can see below in the photo.Short story long,after the waggering i was waiting to see my balance with the correct amount of 8462 but instead of this,they make it 300 euros.I wrote to them in the support and they told me that you r profit cant be over the bonus amount that is 100%scam ad unfair.i withdraw the 300 euros,since i am very upset and i warn them that i will write reviews everywhere and complaining.i am preparing also a youtube video for them,since they dont try to solve this and scam me for this amount of money.Thanks and please advice.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of 22bet Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 22bet Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.

Thank you for your question. Yes, in this case everything really happens according to the established rules: the amount of the wagered bonus is transferred to the main account in the amount of the bonus balance, but not more than the bonus amount.

Unfortunately, if the bonus conditions state that you can only withdraw 1x the bonus amount, we are unable to intervene. Please keep in mind that the bonus funds are used after you have depleted your real money balance, giving you a second opportunity to win. If the casino has chosen to restrict winnings to 1x the bonus, it is within their right to do so. If you prefer not to have such limitations, you have the option to play without a bonus or explore other bonuses/casinos that offer more favorable terms.
