The player from Canada had the account blocked right after placing the first deposit. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I signed up, made a deposit then was locked out. They told me to get in touch with security@22bet.com regarding my documents. I provided everything I have, and more (I am not a newbie, I know what to send and what these documents need to look like etc...)
They still have me locked out of my account, and have my money. I want it back. Shut these guys down, I can see from other players experiences that they have stolen many first deposits in the same manner. HELP!
