Hi , i hope you can help me with this problem that i have on 22bet.info . I deposited 80 euro on this book and i won a total of 860. When I tried to cash out this amount whit the visa card that i used for the deposit they refused the withdrawal indicating an error and invited me to write an e-mail to the security department of the website . I sent them many personal dates as ID card , number of game account and my credit card. After , they wanted proofs of my bank account linked to the card asking me a Pdf o bank statement or a movements list in Pc format . I sent many documents that showed the requirements they asked but they refused them because not accepted the app mobile format . My problem is that I can’ t provide proofs as they wanted because my card works only on mobile app and i asked them an alternative way of proofs but they continued to ignore my messages. I have this card for a short time and I can’t require a bank statement ..how can i resolve this situaTion ? Thanks a lot

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that a missing bank statement seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Have you submitted all the other personal documents required for the verification?

Yes , as i said I sent all the other documents but they continue to ask me this bank statement even if i sent proofs on mobile ad also an Iban certification of the card 🙁..

Thanks a lot...I can’ t provide Pdf statement because my card is active from few time and the function is not present on mobile . I asked to my bank and they said me that for now isn’t possibile to give me a pdf

Hi Villiam. As I write before , 22bet doesn’t allow me to cash out my money because they want a pdf statement of my bank account linked to my card or a movements list provided by Pc . I tried to contact them many times sayng them that my card works only by mobile app and that i can’t provide them a pdf because i should wait at least one year to have it from my bank . I sent however many screenshots of my account from mobile that they have refused and I asked them an alternative way for the verification . They always respond me with the same message. Can you help me please ? I have sent them the proofs of another card that i have used for the deposits and to cash out with on the site with the requirements that they want , but they insist with the other

As i write I can demonstrate Pc movements and pdf statements of the other card . With that card I have done many deposits on the site and i could withdraw with it
