The player from Austria had his casino account unexpectedly closed with a balance of 1400€ after the player submitted documents for verification. We closed the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hello, This site closed account with 1400€ (250€ was my deposit) after I sent them all requested files to verification, without any pointed reason of ToS violation or any thing. They just said they can't not accept my documents at the end and next mail that come in 2 days was my account closure.
They ignore all questions if they can refund my deposit at least or what was the reason of my account closure. I was playing there 5 months and once I requested withdraw of my balance they do that.
