Hello, I have never had any problems with this casino, I have a lot of deposits and a few withdrawals in my history. I have always paid in LTC cryptocurrency. Currently, I have 2 LTC in my account but I cannot withdraw them due to an error on the website (I will add a screenshot), the casino has not done anything to fix this error for five days, they take a very long time to respond to e-mails. They wrote to me to try to order from different web browsers, from a desktop computer, from Windows. I've tried every option and I still can't make a withdrawal. the matter was supposed to be handled by the payment department and after some time they sent me a screenshot that the payment had been ordered, the problem was that they sent me the transaction from September 8, which I had already received a long time ago, and the 2 LTC on the account still cannot be withdrawn.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

  • Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?
  • Was your account verified successfully in the past?

I still have not received any response to my payment problem except that the matter has been forwarded to the appropriate department. I even sent them a video and recording of the withdrawal attempt and asked them to manually order the withdrawal to my LTC address. As for alternative withdrawal methods, they are not an option because the entire account balance is in the LTC cryptocurrency and it is not possible to exchange funds for another currency or FIAT.


I have five withdrawals in my account history, verification was never needed, and now I have not received any information that would be necessary now. the error that appears when trying to withdraw has nothing to do with verification, it is an error on the casino's side related to their system. both fields, i.e. the ltc number and the wallet address, are filled in correctly.


I have not used any bonuses, it was real money deposit and real money winnings.

I managed to order the payment. the casino didn't send me any response, but I tried now and managed to withdraw without any error.
