Good day, 

I am already fully verified with the provider. A first test payout in the double-digit amount has already worked at the beginning of the month. 


I have made most deposits (95%) via Skrill. In the meantime also via Sofort and bank transfer. All deposit methods are in my name. 


A withdrawal over the max. amount is currently rejected several times. A bank account statement with amount, date, name, etc. is always required. I have provided this proof of payments. Sometimes they were rejected because not all Details have been found, then subsequently accepted. With renewed payout request then again another deposit proof of a specific Date is required. In some cases, proof of payment that has already been approved is also requested again. I have been trying to make a payout for 3 days without success.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that verifying the payment method seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Have you submitted all the other personal documents required for the verification?

Yes that's right. I am already fully verified. 

ID, address, etc. 


I have also paid out once but only a small amount. For me a bit confusing that I request the withdrawals. The withdrawal is rejected -> the deposit proof is sent by me it is approved. 


New withdrawal is requested -> rejected and again new deposit application is required. Send approved -> New .......


I have repeated this game 4 times now.
