i ve been a member for a month, i was playing only live betting in sports, mainly basketball,

the 20bet had approved my documents and proceed to 2 withraws.. after that, suddenly the asked me for a selfie photo with my id verification..i was waiting to approve the photo for a week!!!!! and then they send me an e-mail that my account is closed because they notice a frau!!! I DIDN'T PLAY from the first withdraw to the time they close my account... the gave me no specific reason.. i feel like they stole me

they hold my earnings illegaly, without any specific answer... i asked for a video call with the section that procced to close my accound...or just a phone call.. nothing.. this is unfair ..truely i didn't use any means to bet fraud
