The player from Slovenia is experiencing difficulties withdrawing their winnings. The casino failed to respond to this complaint and we were forced to close it as 'unresolved'. As per the casino request, the complaint was reopened, however there was not any satisfactory resolution for the both parties and we were left with rejecting the complaint.

They were keep canceling my withdrawal and had tons of excuses why it cannot be withdrawn. And the end my fiat money was not fiat anymore so I couldnt even make a withdrawal.

Yes, they canceled a few withdrawal request I made (several times). And after withdrawal request was cancelled I didnt get my money back on the gamer account as my actual fiat account credit but it was under the bonus credit so I couldn’t even make any withdrawal request again.

I already tryed to resolve this problem but of course they said it was all by "their rules"so I just wanted to warn other players here to be very careful if they want to play on 1xslot casino site.

100 EUR bonus is not front end bonus, it is back end, meaning that you need to activate a wager in the Bonus section of the account, and then wager own funds like winnings from the free spins with the activated wager on it 15 times.

OK, this is not even an exclusive bonus then. I thought regarding to all this previous problems the bonus is 100 of bonus points, same like bonus of first deposit for example, and not some bonus I cant even play without depositing again a lot of money which I couldnt even withdraw in the end. ah got it.
