I placed 6 withdrawals €900 each to my Binance, waited for the withdrawals to be approved and went back to playing. I placed my auto spin on as I had a lot of money left in my casino balance. When I checked again, my balance was very high, I thought nothing of it. Then when I went out of the game, I noticed my withdrawals were rejected for an unknown reason. I proceeded to withdraw again, and even asked customer service, they just told me to place the withdrawals again.

so I did, and without me knowing, I gambled all my money away. I don’t think this is fair, there was no clear reason why my funds were returned to my account, and all my withdrawals were approved.

I would understand it had my withdrawals not been approved. I had €500 and odd left in my casino balance after placing my withdrawals.

Once the withdrawal has been approved, I shouldn’t be liable for the funds, they placed it back into my account without any clear explanation as to why, no pop up notification making me aware of it.

They shouldn’t be allowed to do that and if I’m not mistaken it goes against their licence regulations.

And there were no further communications from the casino regarding my withdrawals. So it’s not like they rejected my withdrawal requests due to further verification. They approved it and then rejected it with no clear explanation. And I want the original approved withdrawal to be honoured.
