The player from Martinique claimed to have registered with a promo code for a 200% first deposit bonus but had not received the promised bonus. Despite attempts to contact customer service and provide the necessary information, the issue was not resolved. The player confirmed that he had played with the deposited funds, making it technically impossible for the casino to credit the bonus afterward. We communicated that we couldn't compel the casino to credit any bonus and offered further assistance. However, the player expressed dissatisfaction and didn't require further help. Due to these circumstances, we rejected the complaint.

Hello,


I registered on this site with a promo code providing a 200% first deposit bonus, and I did not receive my bonus which was supposed to be awarded to me on my first deposit!


I contacted customer service several times by chat who told me to enter the information on my profile to receive this famous bonus (which was done) and to this day still nothing...


I have also sent several emails to try to resolve this problem, without success!


This site/casino promises big bonuses to people to encourage them to make deposits!!

If you already played down the funds that were meant to be associated with a deposit bonus it will be technically impossible for the casino to credit you this bonus.

Have you requested any alternative bonus as compensation? With what result?

I contacted them within minutes of making the deposit !


Then 5 days later, I bet the money since they didn't answer me


No matter what I do, they don't respond !
