Hi

I registered on 1xbet for more than 3 years , may deposits and withdraws and absolutely no problem (with average of 200-300k USD deposits)

My last deposits were 1.1 M dollars and suddenly i was unable to login .

Bookmaker deleted my account without my consent and knowledge , luckily i have TXID of my deposits to 1xbet and i am opening topics in everywhere i can find .

But since im from a sanctioned country , i cannot sue them legally (or do i? , i dont know , help me if you can)

The support agents doesn't answer , i don't know what to do and i definitely need help recovering my money

Of course i played , lots of games , roulette is my favorite.

The thing is my account is deleted without any notice from bookmaker .

Also bookmaker made a violation of terms which i will explain , im trying to contact the regulatory but no respond from them .

Please inform 1xbet to come here and answer these questions .

1.why they closed my account?" , "2.are you going to open my account per my request?"

and there is another request based on my latest activity , i have deposited near 1.3M dollars and lost in 1-2 nights , 3.why 1xBet didn't provide any protection for trouble gamblers at that point? , and 4.why they provide services to people where betting is illegal even after verification , based on their terms , they don't allow people from restricted areas to place bets , why they did it after they requested documents from me and foundout im from a sanctioned/restricted country .

1xbet let's an account create wallets of diffrent currencies and each wallet has a id of it's own , my main wallet is : *** . and the huge deposits and bets and casino stuff happened on this one .

Also 1xbet reached me and asked about the deposits i made 4 months ago , i don't remember from which wallet and how i deposited the amount , because it was for 4 months ago and i ask them for a little bit more details (like the coin of deposit or amount or even my 1xbet's wallet address) to search in my personal wallet/exchange wallet and provide it . but they don't give me any details about any of my transactions .

they also asked for ID Card which i provided .

tell them to open my account so i can see the account's wallet address and provide my deposit information ...

i can't remember what i had for dinner last night and they ask about a transaction happened 4 months ago in detail !

Hey there , wanted to clarify things here .


I missed some days of giving evidence to licensee and they closed the case completely (it was for 3 months ago , and had a 3-4 day to provide evidence which i totally missed cause they didn't call or anything , just emails) after that i reached the licensee with evidence and they don't respond at all .

So i wish to provide evidence and publicly open the case here with evidence of what 1xbet and the licensee (curasao) is doing illegally and should be responsible about it .

So for the last time , i try my best to solve this issue in private with the other parties , if the bookmaker/licensee is willing to solve it privately they can reach my email "***@gmail.com" , if not i will explain this case here completely.

i have been contacted by some authority called curacao & riskmanagement , they made me a offer to close this case .

I want to know the integrity of the departments contacting me (maybe they are scammers maybe not) , i have asked peter about it but he didn't respond yet .

so i will write down their messages and emails here , if dear 1xbet can confirm and verify they are real or not .

"player-support@curacoe-gaming.com" (claiming to be curasao and mentions me and 1xbet , we almost reached an agreement there but the email looks suspicious , it has to be curacao not curacoe ... , i asked them and they told me cause there were many phishing attempts , they bought all the domains related to them.)

i was suspicious of these , the only legit email i know from 1xbet is ***@*** , and all of sudden an email came through from this "***@***" which i trust , so we 4 are all in same conversations but i think they are scams and they want to scam 1xbet and me , not sure about it .

the ***@*** guy is not clarifying the situation , i asked him many times in the emails about the integrity of those two emails and corporates but no respond which is making me mad !

Please respond faster , they made a commercial offer to me to end this and they told me i have 48 hours to respond !

Dear CasinoGuru , After Contacting Security department of 1xbet and not hearing back from them , i wanted to inform you to make this case public .

6 of my betslips were changed by 1xbet from odds of 1.6 1.7 to 1.01 after i won and they changed my balance , after i asked them why , they replied "based on our terms we can do anything without giving a reason .


This case is more about those 6 betslips and my account getting deleted and my gone money , i will reveal what 1xbet and the licensor "Curasao" is doing here .


since 1xbet is not responsible to my emails and the Licensor doesn't care about this , i will no longer intend to solve this matter privately , it should be public and people (specially high-stake gamblers) should know how this bookmaker/casino is behaving .

I would like to add some comments to my case .


I have requested 1xbet 3 times to change my country from BANGELADESH To IRAN , All 3 times they rejected my request and verified me with iranian documents.

This is unethical not to change a player's country to his homeland where betting is forbidden and illegal but it makes sense for you , if my country is shown as BANGLADESHI then you will face no legal problems 😉


Also i need to hear from 1xbet about y of the betslips which they changed the odds after winning to 1.01 (refunded my money after winning) .


You also didn't provide any gambler protection policy (your licensor takes ot way too serious) , i lost all my money in 1-2 nights without getting limited ...


I also would like to mention that by rules lf CEG curacao , Iran is a blocked zone and no bookmaker/casino must register people from IRAN .

my ip was obviously from iran , my documents clearly says im iranian , i told you 3 times before that im iranian and my country is wrongly shown as BANGLADESHI.


So this is a clear example of bookmaker breaking their T&C .


I still believe we can reach an agreement to settle this case in favor of both parties . I get what i deposited originally .

Otherwise we will have a 1 year time consuming lawsuit against 1xbet and curaçao (in their homeland) , thanks to SBGOK and their wonderful lawyers for troubled gamblers which get robbed by bookmakers under curaçao license .

I accidentally clicked on Bangladesh as my country and i've sent emails to 3 diffrent departments of 1xbet to change my country to Iran (Evidence attached) , why casino didn't take any action to change my country to Iran or even close my account back then ?filefilefile

Why you accepted my documents from a country (Iran) which is not my original registered country (Bangladesh)?the bookmaker failed to do it's obligations in verifing the basic documents integrity (The Same country of registration is the most basic part) .
