The Company has received the information from the payment system about suspicious deposits to your account. Be aware that you won't be available to withdraw your funds until the end of the investigation between the bookmaker and the payment system (which should take no more than 180 days). Be sure that your funds will also be saved until the end of said investigation
Thus, the delay of the investigation that the player is experiencing is not 1xBet's fault nor 1xBet's initiative - both actually come from the payment system. The only thing that 1xBet does is this case is fulfilling the Terms & Conditions that the player agreed on when registering and placing bets
