The player from India has split his deposits to redeem a bonus. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have mistakenly deposit 600 insted of 1000 , then I asked to 1xbet customer support , they advise me to send rs 400 again to same account holder , then I have sended 400 again , so after that I have mailed with both transaction screenshot , but after that they said you have not deposited 1000 rs ,
Even they said it before to send 400 to same account holder and then send screenshot , I have followed all the t&c , but 1xbet doing scam with me..
