Hello my 1win id is 275****1 i cant change my email address i talk to support team so many time but they are saying wait and i send them emails also.I made mistake when I was creating my account. I typed ma**********84@yahoo.com instead of ma***********84@yahoo.com Since there is no e-mail veryfication (because account is active) I didn’t notice that untill now.

I’ve tried contacting them via chat on their website, after providing information such as ID and (wrong) e-mail, they ask me to send request via e-mail contact@1win.xyz .

I did it allready, still no response from them. I need to correct e-mail to proceed withdrawal. I’ll add that ma**********84@yahoo.com and all I want to do, is change of one letter in e-mail address

I also add, that they claim (on chat) that change of E-mail IS possible

Could you please if there are any funds inside your casino account? Please understand that while registering any casino account it is necessary to provide correct data as if you don't you might face serious issues later. I can't promise that you will be able to change your email address as one of the basic rules is to submit correct and genuine data when opening an account. Nevertheless, this seems to be a genuine mistake on your side.
