om there side ,bet not placed as i wanted and i told 1win vip manager and he is committed you can see in this chat screenshot, still money not credited in my account . i have been frustrated since 3 days . i am requesting you to please help me with this . i have sent mails and i spoke again with my manager still said you wil get you will get but still not credited. they are making me fraud. i am so frustrated. that is. why i take screenshot and atteched here so you can know everything .
