The player from India created an account and did not receive his first withdrawal due to a KYC request. Subsequently, his account was blocked with 15k rupees in it. The casino claimed the account was blocked due to multiple accounts being funded with one crypto address, which violated their terms and conditions. The player explained that a friend used his crypto address to teach him about withdrawals. We reviewed the evidence and, due to AML regulations, could not assist in returning the deposits. The complaint was therefore rejected.

I created my account a few days back and when I did my first withdrawal I didn’t receive it I was told for kyc and now my account has been blocked in which I had 15k rupeess which I earned through bets fairly please help My ID 71645***

I deposited 10 k on my first day I lost the bet next day again I deposited 10k won the bet and my balance was 19500 I did the withdrawal it didn’t happened in first 48 hours then I mailed them my issue the asked me with kyc documents which I sent them and I was told that my account will open before 14 days I have not used any unfair means but they blocked me now and in the mean time I lost some of the money in few bets my account had 15k in it 10 k my money and 5k of winning amount also I did not get one of my deposits of 500 rupes I have attached all the proofs

please help me to get my money back

Hello casino guru I am new to this cryptocurrency platform one of my friend taught me about the withdrawal throughput crypto address and he has used my address to fetch the withdrawal in order to teach me the same that too only once.
