The player from Australia is disputing a large sum of money (40-50k AUD) because the casino provided a false set of terms and conditions and allowed him to play despite the violation of their actual terms which explicitly excludes Australian players. The player claims to have sufficient evidence to support his case. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.

That is the minimum amount disputed, would be upwards of 40-50k.


It came to my attention that players located in Australia were sent to a targeted address (www.onered.com/en-AU)


This provided a false set of terms and conditions.


On their actual/global home page the correct terms were there which stated they do not allow players from Australia (or have $AUD as an acceptable currency) yet I, located in Australia was able to deposit in Aud and play in Aud.


As per their own real terms and conditions none of my wagers or play are valid due to:


- the terms and conditions I entered into being illegitimate

- Australian location are not permitted (the knowingly had me sign up as an Australian and play on an Australian IP)

- Allowed me to deposit and play in AUD, when it was not an accepted currency.


I have a significant amount of data, evidence and correspondence I can supply. Onered/1red couldn't care less about doing the right thing.


They try use loopholes in their terms (which as stated, they had me sign up agreeing to a false set of terms anyway) that contravene their licence conditions.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Do you have any remaining balance left on your casino account or based on what did you put the dispute amount? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that it is common for websites to have domains for different countries and the terms warry depending on the country. Unless the AU version allowed you to register and deposit, you were free to play there and not eligible for any kind of refund.
