I made some good winnings and made some withdrawals within my weekly 5k€ limits. I've been paid some payments but my latest payment has been standing since 12.09.2023. I contacted them via email, livechat, vip agent, multiple and multiple times but eachtime they're giving me bad excuses.. and not paying my money.

  • Could you please specify when was the last time you successfully made a withdrawal of your winnings from the casino?
