Hi team,


I’ve been trying to withdraw my money for 10 days and all I get from the casino is that they have so much withdrawals at the moment that they haven’t had time to work on my withdrawal … For the record, I didn’t use any bonus, my deposit was 50 euros and at some point I had either 2100 euros or 1500. Which means I for sure rollover more than 6 times my deposit.


KYC already contacted me and asked for ID, bank account statement, etc. I submitted all documents and I received an email from them where they mentioned that my account is already verified. Nevertheless, they keep mentioning that they have so much work and that’s the reason why they haven’t released my payment.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hi Veronika,


thank you very much for your reply. I understand that I should wait 14 days, however I find it very frustrating that they are not replying my emails anymore. Btw today is 12 days since my withdrawal 🙁


It also seems that they even block me from the chat as I’m trying to remind them about my payment and for some reason the live chat kicks me out.


Btw, I haven’t been rude or anything in the chat. I’ve been a bit ironic of how they always say how much work they have and how difficult is for them to review my case… I mean is 12 days of lies… I assume they want me to cancel the withdrawal, however I told them more than once that there is no way that I will cancel the withdrawal..


Would it be possible for you guys to contact them already and ask for any update?
