I started playing with 14red earlier this year after their online support assured me that players from the UK were fine to play..after depositing over £1000 I find they have no licence at all to serve the UK. That it fraud. I hav emailed 14 red and will update this accordingly.

B Soanes, I have just finished with the investigation of your case. I am very sorry to inform you, but we are forced to reject this case. We believe you are not entitled to the deposit refund, you legitimately registered and lost the deposited amount in the 14Red Casino (if you haven't played your deposit it would be a different case). Also, see the part from their T&Cs below.

The fact that the casino is operating on the UK market with Curacao license should be discussed with the UK regulator and we recommend you inform them because we cannot interfere.
