The player from Netherlands was facing a delay in receiving a refund. Additionally, the player had been blocked from accessing live chat. WHile the player instructed us to not consider her complaint and asked for closure of the complaint, the player later informed her promissed refund wasn't yet received. We decided to not assist the player since we learned the player lost the funds and the refund was requested only due to reasons our platform doesn't consider valid.

Hi i wait and i wait only more than 18 businessdays Oliver blocked me from live chat the only answer he give me is wait wait wait he is willing to block me already from the beginning he is not cooperate i had an agreement from my 470 euro they should send me 305.50 euro they take 164.50 euro from me for Cost i dont know why but they promised me to semd me 305.50 euro back and now i wait 18 businessdays already where they sayd in the beginning 14 businessdays max but now Oliver blocked me because i wanna know when i receive the refunds he thell me only many times and many days to wait nothing more i sayd many times i did wait already so very long also after the agreement with 0xbet casino but still not received the agreed 305.50 euro from my 470 euro i wanna have the agreement before this weekend please its already to long and Oliver must deblock me and answer me when i receive my funds to my bankaccount please and cooperate with the agreement

Please understand if the casino agreed to process a refund this in our experience might take up to 30 days, and in more extreme cases up to 90 days of processing time, due to reasons the casino often cannot directly influence.

Could you please explain whether the deposits (470€) were played and lost in the casino?

I am sorry for any misunderstanding, however please can you explain if the funds that represent your deposits (470€) were played and lost in the casino? Or were these funds still left in your casino balance when you requested a refund?

Its about problemplayer(s)and illigaly let theme in by online casino s with no license to let restricted dutch people in the casino take there and my money from and because of restricted country or countries as the netherlands and dutch players or other players played and lost thats what happend and i am one of that restricted people in a restricted country Who was not banned of the website where they must supposed to do that but they the online casino didn t and now we become to an agreement from 305.50euro from the 470 euro loss that i should receive back from 0xbet casino but i still wait more than 22 businessdays now already and thell me not how long i must wait for i receive it back to my bankaccount all day every day is their message wait and wait and wait but i dont know for how long i must wait i wanna receive it and then let it rest and stop with play i am tired of that and also for waiting and waiting and waiting i hope i should receive the agreement from 305.50euro euro soon than i am happy also its not the complete 470 euro to bad but when they send me the 305.50 euro i am happy and can it let it rest but now i am still waiting i dont like it anymore after 22 businessdays with the same message and waiting
