The player from Ireland had experienced a delay in the withdrawal approval process for three days, despite having a fully verified account. We had advised him that withdrawal processing could sometimes take a few days or weeks and suggested waiting at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. We had extended the response time by 7 days for the player. However, due to the lack of response from the player to our queries, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

I make my withdrawal request before 3 days. Since then nothing happened. Withdrawal no accept just pending. Very slow process. Acc is full verified. I find this very strange. Anyone with similar information please let my know. Thanks

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
