Even after addressing these issues and contacting customer support, the funds had still not been returned. We had asked the player for more information to assist with the investigation, but received no response. Consequently, we were unable to further investigate the issue and had to reject the complaint.

Hi,

on the 19th of February 2024 I made 3x $100 withdrawals which were all rejected due to verification issues, I asked live support what happened the the transactions, they told me to refresh the page the funds would be there, However they was not, I waited another day or do while taking care of the verification issues thinking the funds would show back up in my gaming account ready for withdrawal, They never showed up. Asking live support again, I was told they were returned to my account, needless to say they was not. Nothing regarding the winning funds is in the transaction section of my profile. I also would have noticed if the funds were in fact returned.
