I won $2500 on Zotabet and when trying to withdrawal the money I was ask to verify, which is fine. Gave all my documents and there refusing to verify my government issued photo ID card saying they dont accept it only drivers license & passport. Which isnt correct, as not everyone has a drivers licence or passport in that case they have a photo ID card which holds the same value as a DL or passport. I assume there doing this to avoid paying me the $2500 I won. I need help to sort this

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

No the issue is they won't approve my verification documentation to issue the money. I gave all required documentation and they are trying to say the won't accept my government official photo ID card. And will only accept a driver's license or passport. I don't have either. I'm registered with many different casino sites and have never ever had an issue with anyone accepting my government issued photo ID card, it's been suitable for everywhere. However with Zotabet they are saying they can't accept it. Although it clearly states on there terms and conditions they accept drivers license/ passport otlr other official government ID which is what I have.

Not everyone has a driver's license to be able to drive for many different reasons same as not everyone can afford to travel and won't have a passport so in that case the governments issue a photo ID card which holds the same value as a driver's license or passport when needing to prove your identity. Which is what I have a official government photo ID card. But as I've won $2500 they don't want to approve and verify my ID so they don't have to pay out
