We can confirm that the withdrawal was not approved due to bonus manipulation. During the review process, our relevant department detected that the player had breached one of our rules outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

8.8.1. Casino bonus manipulation amongst others, may consist of: 

(d) Placing bets of amounts higher than 12€ (or equivalent to € in other currency) or 5% of the given bonus, whichever is lower. 


8.8.3. In case of bonus manipulation ZODIACBET reserves the right to deduct all winnings accumulated.  


With the bonus claimed, the maximum bet stake the player was allowed to place was 2.50 €. However, the player placed numerous bets which exceeded this limit breaching this rule mentioned above.


After detecting the Bonus Manipulation, the wrongfully accumulated winnings were redeemed, returning the account balance to the initial deposit. The player was duly informed of this. Once he withdrew his funds, he continued to deposit and use our platfotm.

We think that this rule should be enforced at the software level, i.e., that the casino's software or website shouldn't let players place higher bets than the limit.
