The player from Netherlands has been promised a deposit refund. The payment seems to be delayed. The complaint was resolved as the casino refunded the player's deposit.
zigzag777 (and sister casinos) and sister casinos promes me to refunds my deposit money. (Look screenshots) I used my Neteller account and closed it short after deposits to zigzag777 and send all my documents, also my documents for directly payments to my bank account.. I am not getting a email back anymore and I am still waiting on my money. I hope this will help to get a response from the casinos.

Because off gambling issues and casinos broke term off conditions (People from NL are not allowed). They confirm they want to pay me back but after a fue weeks they don't react anymore. Last contact was as 20 July.

It is a common procedure in many casinos to offer an alternate withdrawal method if there is an issue with a different one. It is now up to you wheather you want to receive your money faster or not.

I would say almost every crypto wallet is safe. However, it really depends on your country which one is the best or which one has to lowest fees when you will try to withdraw it to your bank account. I can only recommend you to ask someone you know is dealing with crypto in your country or probably if the casino has some kind of closer information regarding which wallet is the best for a player from Netherlands.
I really don't want to recommend you something I have no information about.
