On the 2nd of June at roughly 8:15 p.m I made a$40 deposit just to try out the casino. I made another$20: deposit shortly after to see if my deposits were credited to my account. I contacted them over chat and explained that my deposits were not added into my account, they Said it's a problem with the third party, yeah right lol. I waited the 2 hours which I was told to wait, still nothing. I emailed them with screenshots of my deposits, no reply. It is now June.3rd at 5p.m and still no reply and no deposits credited to my account. Stay away from this casino. They obviously ,from what I see right now, they have stolen my money. I messaged chat again today, they Said they would send my complaint to the right department. I want my money back because this casino is a fraud. Yes it's only$70 BUT those were my$70 that in return should have been used for my entertainment. Stolen!!!!! No reply? No help through chat? No money credited to my account within 21 hours? STOLEN!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a complicated process that might take approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account or refunded back to your bank account.

I’m sorry we couldn’t be of much help now. I will leave this complaint open for a month and kindly ask you to keep us updated. Thank you very much for your understanding.
