The player from Ireland had raised an issue concerning an unexpected logout during his casino play session. He had noticed suspicious alterations to his bets and spin intervals, suspecting a potential error or intentional interference. Despite his regular betting habit of €5 per spin, he demanded an investigation into the IP usage during that time and a refund for a potential lost balance. However, we had concluded that we couldn't assist with his request as the incident happened over a year ago, making it a 'cold case'. Therefore, the complaint had been rejected due to our policy that prevented us from pursuing issues that occurred more than a year ago.

I have been playing with this casino for while they always paid.

Now I got logged out middle in there playing session. The betsize is higher then before.


It is really akward after seeing my bet history my consistant bets are 1 second a spin.


Then in between they are 10 second spins each of a higher amount. On that exact moment I get logged out of the casino.


As I remember I try to resolve it with zen casino there unresponsive and they say I made a mistake. I am certain if I can ask the slots provider for the history what happened. We can resolve this issue.


Everytime I get logged out and couldn't login my suspions is that this an error or they obligated loggin me out and break the max bonus bet themseves.

Hope you can help me investigate. with the slots provider giving the ip's from those moments.



I attached some evidence.


1. you see the bets before 1 second a spins interval then I get logged out and couldn't log in anymore i have login errors same like ALL the other people on your site with complaints.


I keep trying to login all the time!!


2. After you see another interval from spins on a total different time line.


3. 14.15pm I am allowed to go back in you see the normal regular 1 second time line I am always playing.


if you provide a ip time line from who logged in at the wazdan server 13.49pm till 13.50pm you will see it is not my IP.


Please do the correct thing this might be an error and I never broke the terms.


refund me the remaining balance it didn't even benefit me why would I do it as I know I can't bet more than 5 euro.




please note that the whole internet is full with this trick that they are doing hope you can help.

9.9.5. The maximum bet/stake from any balance in any game/provider (slots, poker, roulette, live games) when having an active bonus is limited and indicated before accepting a bonus, on the Bonus banner under "i". If you exceed the max. bet limitation while wagering bonus money, the system will automatically cut your bonus balance to your last deposit amount, and it will be returned to your balance at the moment when wagering process should be complete. If a player is betting more than allowed per bet with an active bonus, it classifies as bonus abuse.

Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#max-bets: The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

Sorry the big reason I come here is that they logged me out and placed the max bet themselves. I am waiting on proof from the license provider and slot provider that they send me the IP list and slot wager list. They never send it to me.


ALl over the internet there are these claims that they log you out and place the max bet.


Please ask them to provide proof from the slots provider.

The screenshot of your gaming history in your first message shows the date December 23, 2022. Is that correct? Is your complaint related to an incident that happened in 2022?

I apologize, whelans075, but we regret to inform you that we cannot assist you with your request. As it has been more than a year since the initial request was made, we are unable to proceed with an investigation. This is considered a "cold case", and our policy dictates that we cannot pursue issues that occurred over a year ago. The gathering of evidence and construction of a timeline would be extremely challenging, if not impossible.
