Hello, the problem with this casino is that for several months I cannot verify my phone number and therefore I cannot withdraw, I wrote emails, I chatted on live chat, casino never responded, it looks like a zombie casino, no support, no help, live chat is completely unnecessary because they can't help anything, I tried different phone numbers but never succeeded.I have never received the sms needed for verification, it's absurd, I waited and tried for a really long time.

Do I understand correctly that you have created an account through your phone number, not the email address?

If you say that you have tried different phone numbers, does it mean that you have subsequently changed your original phone number inside the casino account, or you have created brand new accounts via different phone numbers?

to withdraw funds from the account, verification of the phone number is required, without verification of the phone number not possible, do withdraw, I can't verify my phone number because I never get sms code, tried many times, unfortunately support never answered my problem, it's some zombie casino.


I wrote a complaint because support never gave me a reply.


I opened the account by e-mail, but it does not matter because sms verification is necessary to withdraw.
