Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I had a promise with my zebet account so I decided to open a new account and deposite on it then I discovered that the new account I opened has been blocked, so I complained to the customer service and they said I can't have two account.then I told them to refund my deposit since the new account has been blocked but they refused to refund me or even transfer the money to my active account.
