When first asked for a withdrawel, I was guarenteed a 24 hour withdrawel time, now after more then 48 hours and multiple times contacting support, they keep tellling me different information.


they told me that they would prioritise the withdrawel etc. Now after 48 hours they tell me that their system is updating and that it will take multiple days. I feel like they are purposefully withholding my withdrawel.


I requested 1535.02 MATIC (not euro) but couldn’t find Matic in the list

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I was told by the casino it would only take 24 hours, now they told me it will take multiple days due to them changing banks. The misinformation spread by them is what frustrates me the most here
