Ive been using xl casino no issue and when it became a larger win they asked for verification which i understand.


Ive provided all the necessary verification asked and now they've blocked my account and keep asking for same information. Ive sent it now 3 times.

However ive been blocked from site so can't use online 24 hour chat support


Going around in circles.


I have reference numbers of withdrawals but still just being asked for same pictures of verification

All Correct format.

Won on slots

Winnings weren't from bonuses


Sent countless bank statements and proof still blocked and no withdrawal processed.


Ive said if they don't resolve it soon ill seek legal council. They have everything ive been asked for and more however still making excuses
