I was recently on holiday in Switzerland, whilst there I signed up to this casino and deposited $62 with a bonus of 150% I believe. I completed the bonus wagering requirements and was left with $2711 which I tried to withdraw. When trying to withdraw my account was blocked and I have been told my funds were voided which isn’t mentioned in the T&Cs after looking. So I think a fair outcome would be to return my funds of $2711 which I won fairly and are rightfully mine, afterwards my account can be blocked and I will not return to this casino, it was a simple mistake but they shouldn’t have allowed me to sign up if this was going to happen

Hi, when I signed up to the casino it appears to have defaulted my country to Switzerland, but I did input my full address. When I tried to make a withdrawal I had to send my ID as part of KYC, at that point my account was banned and they won’t return my winnings of $2711. They have said they don’t accept players from the UK, which I understand and have said if they return the funds which are rightfully mine then I won’t return to the casino.
