The player's withdrawal is delayed for 3 weeks. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I requested a withdrawal of €1000 on 12/1/22. To date I have not received the money. When I asked customer service several times when I would receive the payment, I was always put off with the statement: "You will receive an email from us." And I never got that either.
