The player from the United States had difficulty with a casino that he claimed advertised as a no-KYC, VPN-friendly platform. After making multiple deposits, his account was unexpectedly closed. Despite providing all requested documents for verification, the account was not reopened as he was identified as playing from a restricted region. The player had used a VPN to access the casino and believed it to be a no-verification, anonymous casino based on information from third-party websites. However, upon investigation, we found that the casino's terms and conditions explicitly prohibited the use of VPNs and playing from restricted regions, including the United States. As the player's claims were based on third-party websites not officially linked to the casino, we could not validate his complaint. Therefore, the complaint was rejected.

This site falsely advertises as a no kyc anonymous vpn friendly casino and allowed me to make multiple deposits and play there as well as sent me daily promos upon my last deposit I no sooner added it to my balance and soon a few times and the game froze and logged me out and then a pop up said my account was closed when I contacted support they told me I had to verify I told them no but eventually submitted all the docs they asked for and then when they told me it was cleared I told them to reopen my account at which time they stated I was in a restricted region and would not reopen it and it was final . I demand they refund every deposit I made with them in full as they clearly knew where I was playing from and that I was using a vpn but allowed me to continue dumping money in there and then just flat out took my money and ran and false advertised what kind of casino they are and illegally allowed me to deposit just to bait and switch and steal my funds

Do I understand correctly that the casino blocked your account only after you submitted your verification documents? Have you used a VPN the whole time you accessed the casino website? Have you been able to access the casino site without using a VPN?

Yes I used a vpn evevrytime because they are listed and advertise as a site that allows vpn and is a "no verification" no kyc anonymous casino. They had no issue allowing me to make deposits and play over the course of a month multiple times and this last time they closed my account right after making a deposit and starting to hit a few winning spins they told me I couldn’t withdrawal or play until I submitted my documents which I did in full and then after they messaged saying they cleared the documents they then told me my account was going to remain closed and it was final and they would not return any of the money I had deposited even though they clearly knew the entire time I was playing there that I used vpn and knew my location because how else would they have known this most recent time when they screwed me after allowing me to make yet another deposit . What they did was illegal and unethical and I want every dime I deposited there because they clearly were just stealing my money and would have pulled this in the event I actually won anything on their rigged games which I of course did not so they just kept pocketing my money anytime I deposited knowing they were going to pull this on me whenever they deemed necessary it’s total bait and switch and misleading customers to claim you’re a no verify crypto anonymous casino and then pull that crap and even so I still followed directions and confirmed my identity and verified and they still refused to work with me they need to be sanctioned and audited and or black listed
