I have video recorder proof that WSB casino Prive is rigged. While you play you are logged out of the software on Prive and WSB main server. This is when you start losing. Do not trust WSB casino Prive or Spina Wina. They say i must clear my cache. I did this. I suggest people think twice playing there. Over a period of months a pattern started to form where as soon as i start loosing i go out of the game and then i am logged out. My question is how do the server and the game communicate if i am logged out. I do not trust the software and after numerous complaints with them they cant send me proof to proof otherwise. First they say they sorted it and then they say nothing wrong with the software. I can 100% say that other people play without realising it and the casino makes millions. Thank you hope my complaint here will shed some light and I will also lodge a formal complaint with the gambling board.

Dear eybersgerhard1,

The link you sent it is expired. I would like to point out that unless those log outs causes any loss, there is basically nothing to resolve. I would consider it more as an advantage to get logged out when I start losing than a disadvantage. There is even a responsible gaming tool which closes the game once you lose a balance limit set by the casino or the player. The log outs may also be caused for multiple reason (location, connection, game provider settings). If the issue is not related to any kind of loss due unfair casino practices, I can only recommend to find a different casino.

You can still send me the betting history for further review but in the meanwhile, I will be forced to close the complaint as if the issue is purely the disconnect from the casino it is entirely up to you whether you continue playing there or not.
