I was awarded 50 free spins no deposit bonus. I completed the free spins winning a small amount. Whilst completing the wager requirements I won the $1000 mega jackpot on Elvis frog taking my balance to $1100 . Once I completed the wager amount they then removed the $1000 from my balance . Telling me the max win amount is $50 during the free spins bonus however this was won after the 50 free spins were completed and I was completing the wager to be able to withdraw.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the promotional terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

"1b. The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement. The maximum you will ever be able to withdraw from play with funds associated with a nodeposit bonus is 50 EUR, 50 USD, 500 NOK, 75 CAD, 75 AUD, 200 PLN, 75 NZD, 1,200 CZK, 6,000 JPY. To submit a withdrawal request, the account must be fully verified and a minimum deposit must be made."

Please understand that all bonus rules apply as long as the bonus is active. The bonus is still active while meeting the wagering requirements. Most No Deposit bonuses have a maximum cashout limit and casinos are free to set them as they wish.

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.
