Been playing in the casino about 1 year or more,doing pretty many Withdraws never been a issue. until 1 month ago i withdraw 300£

and been waiting and waiting and chatted with them many times.


they say the withdraw is done from them,but the bank on the other side have some problems and they are working on it. And will update me. Not 1 time have they updated me on the problem or how it going. and seems too be standing still,nothing seems to happend in 1 month time. Now im tierd of waiting and getting same respons all the time.

Hello i have always used Trustly both for Paytment and Withdraws.

They Exacly bank date im not sure but it is 4-5 weeks ago.

i have chatted with them like 2-3 times a week and same answer all the time.

They have answer me now that there was a error with the withdraw and that i should try again. Soo i think we can close this now.Thx for all the help
