says they have paid my account,no funds have reached my account-they won’t provide any kind of reference number that my bank

has requested they repeatedly ignore my requests for some

kimd of reference relating to the payment they have supposedly made .your site will not let me upload any files or photos of my correspondence with Winstler casino and my bank,do I have an email address I can send these too

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi yes my account is verified and my winnings were not with any bonus ,this is not in dispute with Winstler .they are saying the money has been paid and recieved by my bank .I sent my bank the photos that I emailed you (that winstler sent me as "evidence" of payment) what they sent me had no reference number relating to the payment they said they made.I have sent numerous emails requesting some kind of reference number but am ignored -my bank is adamant no funds have been recieved and no funds are pending either .what also makes me suspicious is they sent me two different unnoffical pictures as there proof of payment one was from a random polish name in polish the second was nothing but simple info ( I have emailed u these photos as it would not let me upload on this part of your site) if you need anything further I have our full emails back n forth going back over three weeks now and also I have my bank

statements from the timeframe in question proving no funds have reached me (which I have also sent them after they requested them) I have the correspondence from my bank also stating no funds have reached my account

Account was verified on 2nd may 2023

withdrawal was successfully made on 4th of may (they say)

they have sent me two differing pictures one dated 4th may one dated 10th may -they claim these are proof that they have paid the €288.00 to my account yet neither has any kind of banking payment/reference number relating to the supposed payment

I spoke to the casino again this morning-yet again they ignore my request for any

kimd

of reference relating to the supposed payment and simply say they have done the maximum for me -I have two choices believe my bank or believe a casino that I now no through your site has a fake license!

I’ve clearly been conned by these criminals can you please advise me what (if there are any) institutions or companies I can contact to get these crooks closed down -I’m clearly not going to see a penny of this money and doubt there’s anyway to get them to pay but would like to stop them from robbing other people at least. Can you also advise if i close my account now will it make things more difficult for me to retrieve these funds or take my complaint further -my concern now is that these criminals have my name address bank details pretty much everything!
