The player from Germany has been blocked. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I had an account with Winstler - the casino is a total scam! There isn't even a permit! Deposits are debited in USD, which is much higher than the euro amount entered. The debits always run via fake service providers. When I complained, the answer came that they had no license in Germany, only in Austria and they blocked an account and put me on the black list! The casino confirmed my KYC 1 week before and now claims that they are not active in Germany - is it still possible? I want my money back immediately. If necessary, I return my credit card debits to the fake shops

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and/or no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.
